In an effort to provide a streamlined and efficient donor experience for our loyal supporters, the Doylestown Health Foundation has launched a new one-stop platform that allows you to manage your giving! For the first time, you have the opportunity to view your giving history, make one-time contributions or set up recurring gifts, and safely store your payment methods for quick and easy future donations all in one place.

The Blackbaud Donor Portal is a safe and secure online tool that will serve as a resource for our Doylestown Health Foundation donors. Once an account is created, you will be able to login to the portal and view all information relevant to your record. Additionally, we encourage you to review and update your contact information as needed to ensure you are receiving all up-to-date information from the Foundation.

What am I able to do on the portal?

The portal is a personalized, custom website that serves as a multipurpose resource for maintaining your giving to Doylestown Health Foundation. Through the portal, you have the opportunity to do the following:

Make a one-time donation or set up recurring gifts.
Safely store your payment methods to avoid entering your payment information each time you make a gift online within the portal.
View details about your previous giving history.
Update your personal and contact information for our records.

How do I set up my account on the portal?

To create an account, visit DoylestownHealthFoundation.org/portal and click “Sign Up” at the bottom. You can also access this link by clicking the “New Account” button above or by following the link in the email that you received from the Doylestown Health Foundation.
Set up your donor portal account by entering all information requested. Please use the email address at which you received your invite from the Doylestown Health Foundation. After submitting, you will be asked to confirm your email address.

I have an existing pledge with the Doylestown Health Foundation. Will I be able to see it on my account?

Pledge balances are currently not reflected on your online account. For pledge balances or questions regarding your existing pledge, please contact the Development team at 215-345-2009.

I have named Doylestown Health in my estate plans. Will I be able to see my planned gift commitment on my account?

Planned gifts are not visible through the donor portal. If you have questions regarding your documented planned gift, or if you wish to speak to somebody about naming Doylestown Health in your estate plans, please call the Development team at 215-345-2009.

I recently made a gift via check/stock transfer. Why can’t I see this recent donation on my portal?

Offline gifts take 1-2 weeks to appear on an individual’s donor portal due to the additional time it takes to process the gift in our system. Once the gift is processed, it will then be added on to your giving history for review. If you don’t see a gift that was made more than 2 weeks prior, please contact the Development team at 215-345-2009.

How can I ensure that it is safe & secure to store my credit card on the portal?

Blackbaud and Doylestown Health Foundation are committed to ensuring all credit cards on the portal are safe and secure. Blackbaud encrypts sensitive information and keeps your payment methods secure by removing the risks associated with storing credit card information. Will I receive a confirmation receipt when I make a gift through the portal?

Yes! You should always receive an email confirmation receipt after you make a gift online via the portal.
