The Clark Center for Critical Care Medicine at Doylestown Health provides specialized care to patients with serious, immediate healthcare needs. Clark Critical Care encompasses all critical care services at Doylestown Hospital, including the new 32-bed Putman Intensive Care/Intermediate Unit (ICU/IMU).
On April 19, patients were relocated from the hospital’s south wing to the Putman ICU/IMU while care continued to be delivered seamlessly. The Putman ICU/IMU adds 28,500 square feet of dedicated care space to the hospital, including 14 negative pressure rooms and four isolation rooms, increasing the number of beds in the hospital to 271, and advancing the health system’s goal of transitioning to an all-private bed hospital in the future.
In this brief video, we offer an inside look at Moving Day and the impact this space and donor support have already had—and will continue to have—for our most vulnerable patients.
