In recognition of Dr. Guidera’s outstanding contributions to the field of cardiology and his unwavering commitment to patient care, “Leading with Heart” is a fundraising initiative in Dr. Guidera’s honor to coincide with his retirement after 30 years of dedicated service. This initiative aims to raise $2 million to fund the complete renovation and outfitting of the hospital’s oldest catheterization lab, Cath Lab 1. Once fully renovated, it will re-open as the Steven A. Guidera, MD, Cath Lab in honor of Dr. Guidera and the thousands of procedures and lives saved in that very space.

After more than three decades of dedicated service, Steven Guidera, MD will be retiring from his impassioned career as a leading interventional cardiologist at Doylestown Health. Throughout his career, Dr. Guidera has not only been a pillar of medical excellence but also a compassionate advocate for patients and a mentor to countless colleagues and friends. He is a dedicated husband, father, physician, and friend to so many of us.
