March is a time of anticipation: spring is fast approaching, new milestones are on the horizon, and we draw even closer to the celebration of our Centennial and the culmination of ONE VISION: The Campaign for Doylestown Health.
We are also anticipating the realization of another campaign milestone: the opening of the Clark Center for Breast Imaging (formerly known as the Women’s Diagnostic Center) in a new and larger suite on the ground floor of Doylestown Hospital. Clark Breast Imaging is scheduled to open this spring, bringing increased capacity for nearly 20,000 patients per year.

Later this year we will open the Morel Family Foundation Center for Prenatal Care and the Beck Prenatal Classroom, affording more space for diagnostic testing, privacy, patient comfort, and mother and baby education and support. Within the next few months, construction activity will be more visible on the new Children’s Village site, bringing our early childhood education center home to the Doylestown Hospital campus. Replacing the former site that was built in 1985 and destroyed by a tornado in 2020, the rebuilt Children’s Village—slated to open next summer—will feature new amenities and ample space to serve our growing community of families.

With these exciting projects ahead of us, there is so much to be thankful for—and even more to look forward to. We are eagerly anticipating our Centennial celebrations and invite you to stay tuned for updates as we prepare for 2023.
Through the generosity of our community of donors—among them many Associates, Medical Staff, and Volunteers—we are making transformational changes at Doylestown Health that directly impact our delivery of care now and in the future. At just over $85 million in commitments as of this month, the rapid progress of the One Vision Campaign is an extraordinary testament to the strength and generosity of our community. As part of Doylestown Health, you are the inspiration and driving force behind our success. For that, we are most grateful.
