Leaves are not the only things changing color this fall. Lights all around town have turned pink this month to promote breast cancer awareness and the importance of early detection and access to timely, high-quality care. Our nationally accredited Clark Center for Breast Imaging, a Breast Imaging Center of Excellence (BICOE), delivers both, thanks to investments in ONE VISION: The Campaign for Doylestown Health.
Earlier this month, on October 3, we celebrated our major donors at our annual Doylestown Health Foundation Special Recognition Reception. We were pleased to host this year’s event at the iconic County Theater, where guests enjoyed an inspiring documentary, Mountains We Climb, featuring the personal journey of Doylestown native and pro-cyclist, Chris Baccash. Chris focused on building positivity and resilience praising the power of community in times of adversity—a universal message that resonates with us both personally and as an organization.
You can view photos that capture our special evening on our website.
On Thursday, October 6, our community showed up in full force for Doylestown Health’s first annual Day of Giving. Collectively, over 120 donors contributed more than $160,000. All gifts of $100 or more will be matched by the generosity of Fred Beans Automotive Group. We are grateful to our donors and business partners in the community who continue to invest in us. Your support is truly inspiring. Thank you for making this day a success, and more importantly for making an IMPACT on the health of our patients and our community.

As we approach the final year of the campaign in 2023, we continue to build on the traditions of philanthropy and healthcare excellence at Doylestown Health through ONE VISION: The Campaign for Doylestown Health. We invite you to view renderings and the construction progress of our most recent campaign priority, Children’s Village early childhood education center, on our website.
Watch for further communications from us as we anticipate the centennial of the founding of our original hospital by the Village Improvement Association of Doylestown (VIA) next year. Thanks again for your continued support which will help lay the foundation for our Second Century of caring for our community.
