- Simulation Lab – A dedicated, on-site training environment that uses technology to replicate real-life clinical scenarios will allow nurses and other healthcare professionals to practice critical skills, decision-making, and teamwork.
- Path to Magnet Recognition – Doylestown Hospital is currently pursuing Magnet Recognition, the gold standard for nursing excellence ensuring the highest standard of care for our community.
- Experiential Nursing Beyond the Bedside – Through immersive clinical learning opportunities outside the hospital, such as hands-on service in underserved communities, nurses’ skills, critical thinking, and teamwork expand.
