NURSING SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM/CONTINUING EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Investing in opportunities for continuing education and training for clinical staff is a high priority for Doylestown Health. Philanthropy plays an important role, providing additional financial resources that allow our teams to attain new degrees and certifications in their areas of specialty and complete advanced training in the latest therapies and procedures.
For example, in the last five years, educational contributions have funded:
- BSN 2020 — As part of the BSN 2020 initiative, Doylestown Health is committed to supporting Doylestown Hospital Associates who wish to attain a Bachelor of Science in Nursing while working as integral members of our care teams.
- Educational conferences and trainings — Doylestown Health clinical teams attend conferences and symposia where they learn and present on the latest techniques, which keeps Doylestown Health at the forefront of patient care.
TEEN VOLUNTEER SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
Doylestown Health’s Teen Volunteers are eligible for consideration for this annual award recognizing exemplary service and character.
